Dr. Bhatia suggested a prebiotic shake for breakfast to increase good gut bacteria, which will aid digestion, reduce inflammation and facilitate weight loss:
- 10 ounces of almond milk
- 1 scoop plant-based protein powder
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
