Blake Lively Diet and Workout Secrets Revealed: Launches Health and Wellness Website

Lively made the announcement Oct. 6 on her recently launched lifestyle website, Preserve. “Preserve at its core is about family,” reads the letter. “Family is the single word our founder, Blake built this home on.

“With family on our mind, we looked to the origin of it all — to the women in our lives who are right there, at that special moment; at the creation of family. Congratulations to all the expecting mothers out there. And thank you for being a part of our Preserve family.”

Blake launched Preserve in July 2014, calling it “part magazine, part e-commerce hub, [and] part philanthropic endeavor.”

This will be Lively’s first child with husband Ryan Reynolds, whom she married in 2012 after meeting on the set of Green Lantern.

Blake, who became famous after starring on the hit TV show Gossip Girl, has made no secret of her desire to have a big family. ” I’d love 30 [children] if I could,” she said.

Husband Ryan feels the same. “We’d love to have a big family,” Reynolds told Details. “We both come from big families.

“My parents did four, Blake’s did five. A lot of people say it’s crazy, but we’ll only know when we’re there, you know? We’ll walk through that fire pretty happily, I think.”

Lively’s fitness and beauty secrets are an organic diet and an active lifestyle, Examiner reported. Blake admits she is not a workout fanatic but leads an active lifestyle that involves lots of hiking and biking.

“I hate the gym, so what I do instead is find other ways to be active,” said Blake. “I ride bicycles, I hike, I go out and exercise in nature and I’m active that way.”

Lively also loves cooking and eating healthy, natural food. “I like to cook,” said Blake. “I use a lot of fresh ingredients, which really does make a huge difference. It’s easier to be healthy when eating things that are fresh, because they are often fruits and vegetables.”
