1 large onion, diced
2 medium carrots, diced
1 cup roughly chopped white radish root
1 cup diced winter squash
2 cups roughly chopped kale

1 small piece of fresh ginger

To ensure natural weight loss and optimal health, you should have a bowel movement every day, preferably before 10 a.m.
If you haven’t, Dr. Hyman said you should stir one tablespoon of virgin coconut oil into an 8-ounce glass of water. After drinking the entire glass, you should have a bowel movement within an hour.
Finally, the third step in Dr. Hyman’s 3-day fat flush diet is to eat protein-and-fiber combo meals. The protein will keep curb hunger, while the fiber will ensure your intestines are cleaned out regularly.
