Alessandra Ambrosio Diet, Workout And Beauty Tips: Her Favorite Snacks Revealed

alessandra ambrosio diet beautyVictoria’s Secret Angel Alessandra Ambrosio works out and diets to maintain her hot bikini body, but insists she doesn’t deprive herself of her favorite foods.

Ambrosio claims she keeps potato chips and chocolate bars in her bag at all times, as Celebrity Health Fitness has reported.

“I like to have Lay’s salt and vinegar chips and a Toblerone bar in my Gucci tote,” said Alessandra. “I’m obsessed! And I share them with my kids.”

The Brazilian bombshell, who has two children, Anja, 6, and Noah, 2, with fiancé Jamie Mazur, also loves drinking tea to calm her nerves during hectic modeling assignments.

“I drink Two Leaves and A Bud chamomile tea when I wake up, during the day and before I go to sleep,” said Alessandra. “When I travel, I make sure they’re with me.”

“There’s so much in my Longchamp makeup bag!” she said. “I have shimmer lip balm by Rodin, nipple pasties and RMS Beauty’s Lip2Cheek, which you can use as a blush or red lipstick.”

While Alessandra is one of the highest-paid models in the world, she also love taking photos, especially of her children.

“I bring my Fujifilm Instax camera with me everywhere,” said Ambrosio. “I love taking shots of my kids. And the photos print right away!”

alessandra ambrosio bikiniAlessandra Ambrosio stays fit by following a portion-controlled diet and doing rigorous workouts that include cardio exercise, running stairs and doing calisthenics with ankle weights.

“I put 5-pound ankle weights on each leg, get on all fours and kick each heel up toward the ceiling [to work my butt],” said Alessandra. “I do three sets of 20. Then I also do three sets of 20 fire hydrants, where you lift each bent leg up and out to the side.”
