Fitness Expert Abel James Credits Low Carb Paleo-Style Diet for 20-Pound Weight Loss In 40 Days

Fitness expert Abel James (aka – Fat Burning Man) said a low-carb Paleo-based diet helped him slash body fat.

Fitness expert Abel James credits a low-carb, gluten-free Paleo-based diet for his 20-pound weight loss in 40 days and dramatically improved health.

In his bestselling book, The Wild Diet, James reveals how he dropped 20 pounds in 5 weeks, got a rippling six-pack, and eliminated his insomnia, high blood pressure, acne and love handles by adopting a Paleo-style diet.

  • These are some really noteworthy results. I have followed it for a month now and lost 8 pounds. Its still great but I dont know how could he lose that much. Maybe he uses some extra supplements or such. Paleo is so easy to get into, Just grab a decent cookbook and youre good to go
