Sam Smith’s Paleo Diet Weight Loss Secrets: Lost 14 Pounds In 14 Days With Low-Carb Paleo

Singer Sam Smith is just four pounds away from his goal weight after unveiling his 14-pound weight loss in 14 days on a low-carb Paleo-based detox diet.

Smith has been chronicling his weight loss journey on Instagram, where he sometimes posts photos of his healthy low-carb meals.

Sam has credited nutritionist Amelia Freer’s bestselling book, Eat Nourish Glow, for his rapid weight loss. Sam, 22, said the diet principles in “Eat Nourish Glow” helped him lose weight rapidly and dramatically improved his health, Examiner reported.

“Beautiful catch-up with the incredible @ameliafreer,” Sam proudly announced on Instagram. “4 pounds away from my goal weight and feel happier and healthier than ever.”

Sam Smith lost a pound a day after reading nutritionist Amelia Freer’s book, ‘Eat Nourish Glow.’

Smith, who has battled weight his whole life, is happy with his weight loss and by how great he feels. Sam, a former couch potato, said his weight loss has motivated him to start exercising regularly.

Amelia Freer champions a gluten-free Paleo-style diet that consists of high-quality proteins such as organic eggs, free-range chicken and plenty of vegetables. Freer avoids dairy, alcohol, processed foods, sugar and grains in her diet.

Amelia said her eating principles most closely resemble the low-carb Paleo diet, an alcohol-free diet that emphasizes healthy fats,  high-quality animal proteins, non-starchy vegetables, and excludes gluten, sugar, dairy, legumes, and processed foods.

Freer promises easy, natural weight loss and improved energy if you follow the principles in Eat Nourish Grow.

Tim McGraw lost 40 pounds and got rippling six-pack abs for the first time in his life (at 47) on the low-carb Paleo diet.

The Paleo diet has a huge celebrity following, including Megan Fox and Tim McGraw, who lost 40 pounds with the low-carb Paleo diet and CrossFit.

Amelia, a former personal assistant to Prince Charles, said her plan is not a weight-loss program but a food philosophy that emphasizes nourishing your body with real food, not processed junk.

Sam Smith agrees. “It’s not even about weight loss,” he said. “It’s about feeling happy in yourself.”
