Jennifer Aniston is known for her lush, gorgeous hair, so it’s no surprise she now co-owns a beauty company that makes shampoos developed by MIT scientists.
Aniston swears by Living Proof shampoos and conditioners, saying the products make her hair shiny, strong and healthy without damaging chemicals.
Aniston said she doesn’t wash her hair every day because of the drying effects of commercial shampoo.
At 46, Jennifer looks and feels fantastic in every way, thanks to her longtime dedication to health and fitness. Aniston credits a low-carb diet and yoga workouts for her banging bikini body, Examiner reported.
Low carb diets such as the ketogenic, Paleo and Atkins diets fuel rapid weight loss by forcing the body to burn fat for fuel, said obesity expert Dr. Eric Westman, co-author of Keto Clarity.
Unlike other celebrities, Jennifer enjoys aging, saying this is the best time of her life, as Celebrity Health Fitness has reported.
“I’ve had more fun post-40 than I can remember,” said Aniston. “From a work point of view, a physical point of view, a psycho-therapeutic point of view.”
Aniston has practiced yoga for more than 20 years with Mandy Ingber, her longtime friend and yoga teacher, saying the meditative practice tones her body and calms her mind. “If yoga didn’t exist, I’d invent it,” said Jennifer.
Mandy, author of the bestseller, Yogalosophy: 28 Days to the Ultimate Mind-Body Makeover, has practiced yoga with Aniston for more than 20 years.
Aniston’s anti-aging beauty secrets also include meditation, stress management and drinking plenty of water. When asked what her weirdest beauty regimen was, Jennifer laughed.
“The closest I’ll ever go is a Derma roller,” said Jennifer Aniston. “Google it — it’s great. It’s like a little wheel that has little pins, like acupuncture needles in a way, and you roll it and it stimulates your collagen and it also allows for your products to seep into your skin.”
