Rumer Willis and her mom Demi Moore looked like twins on Instagram. Rumer also revealed her bikini body diet and workout.

Rumer Willis, 26, and her mom Demi Moore, 52, looked like twins in a funny Instagram photo. Separately, Willis revealed her hot bikini body, thanks to dancing and yoga workouts.

“That moment when you realize you actually are becoming your mother #twinning,” Rumer joked in the photo caption.

Willis, who recently won season 20 of “Dancing With the Stars,” also spotlighted her fit bikini body in a separate Instagram photo, where she credited dancing for her amazing curves.

#Dance does a #body good. Real good,” Rumer wrote in the Instagram caption.

Rumer said her intense “Dancing With the Stars” workouts toned and tightened her butt and entire body. “It definitely changes your body a lot,” said Rumer. “Everything getting a little bit tighter.”

Sources said Demi follows a mostly raw vegan diet that features organic vegetables, fruits, green juices, smoothies, and soups. Raw food devotees believe that eating greens, nuts, and seeds heated below 118°F preserves vitamins and minerals.

Supermodel Carol Alt told me a raw food diet promotes easy weight loss and slows down the aging process. This is because vegetables and fruits contain flavonoids and carotenoids, plant-based antioxidants that fight the free radical damage linked to aging.

“I’m never hungry, and my body is nourished,” said Alt, author of A Healthy You. “Because raw food is so nutritionally dense, it’ll feed your body. A healthy diet is everything.”

Demi also does yoga to stay lean and toned. Yoga is an excellent anti-aging workout because it builds lean muscle, strengthens your core, and reduces stress, said Mandy Ingber, author of Yogalosophy.

Ingber has taught yoga to her close friend Jennifer Aniston for the past 20 years and is responsible for Jennifer’s youthful physique at 46.
