Supermodel Kate Upton showed off her hot swimsuit body as the new face of Bobbi Brown’s Sandy Nudes beach makeup collection.
Kate’s bikini fitness secrets are a gluten-free Paleo-style diet and workouts combining cardio exercise and weight training, as Celebrity Health Fitness has reported.
Fortunately, Upton loves to work out. “I love going to the gym,” said Kate. “I try to go three times a week. I live a very stressful lifestyle, so it’s good for me to work all that stress out.”
Kirsch told Harper’s Bazaar Upton very disciplined about her diet and workout regimen.
“Everyone wants to know if Kate is disciplined with her diet and exercise, and the answer is that she is amazing about her diet,” said Kirsch, creator of the David Kirsch Wellness 48 Hour Super Charged Cleanse.
David added: “Kate does a few egg whites with spinach for breakfast, and when she wants to, she does a 48-hour cleanse.”
Kirsh is a proponent of a gluten-free diet, saying eliminating gluten not only enhances weight loss, but improves mood. “It’s sugar, alcohol, and processed carbs that we avoid,” said David, author of The Ultimate New York Body Plan.
Kirsch, who whipped Upton into top shape for her two Sports Illustrated swimsuit cover shoots, said intense circuit-training workouts are the foundation of their exercise sessions.
David said everyone can benefit from fat-blasting circuit-training workouts in as little as 10 minutes.
“Make time for one or two circuits first thing in the morning,” said Kirsch, creator of The Ultimate New York Body Plan workout DVD. “No one can tell me they don’t have 10 or 15 minutes extra minutes a day. You don’t have to do 90 minutes.”
