Jessica Alba flaunted her smoking-hot bikini body in a tiny white bikini while vacationing in Cancun, Mexico, this week.

Alba maintains her sizzling bikini body with a low-carb, Paleo-style diet and fat-burning CrossFit workouts, as Celebrity Health Fitness reported.

Alba, whose net worth tops $200 million, joins a growing number of celebrities who do a combination of a Paleo-inspired diet and CrossFit to stay fit.

Jessica also runs on the treadmill, lifts light weights, does yoga and takes spinning classes.

Alba follows a low-carb, Paleo-based diet that features low-starch organic vegetables and fruits, and she avoids processed food, TheImproper reported..

Alba previously trained with CrossFit coach Yumi Lee. Lee is married to CrossFit athlete Ron Mathews, who trains “Magic Mike” hunk Joe Manganiello.

Manganiello has credited the low-carb Paleo diet and CrossFit for his rippling physique. Joe revealed his diet secrets and workout routine in his bestseller, Evolution.

Similarly, country superstar Tim McGraw lost 40 pounds with CrossFit and the Paleo diet. McGraw now has a rippling 8-pack for the first time in his life — at age 48.

CrossFit, a strength and conditioning program that combines weightlifting, sprinting and body-weight exercise, has soared, buoyed by the escalating popularity of the Paleo diet (most Paleos do CrossFit and vice-versa).

Research shows the Paleo diet promotes natural weight loss, reduces blood pressure, and prevents cancer, diabetes, heart disease, depression, and even Alzheimer’s.

A recent study published in the European Journal of Clinical Nutrition indicates the Paleo diet is twice as effective as other diets for promoting weight loss and reducing belly fat.

Joe Manganiello revealed how he got ripped in his bestseller, ‘Evolution.’

“Clinical trials have shown the Paleo diet is the optimum diet that can lower the risk of cardiovascular disease, blood pressure, markers of inflammation, help with weight loss, reduce acne, promote optimum health and athletic performance,” said professor Loren Cordain, author of The Real Paleo Diet Cookbook.

A Paleo-inspired diet can boost longevity, naturally increase energy and improve your sleep, said CJ Hunt, author of The Perfect Human Diet, agrees.

Former biochemist Robb Wolf, author of The Paleo Solution, said Paleo isn’t a fad diet because it doesn’t emphasize calorie restriction but instead focuses on a healthy balance of protein, vegetables and high-quality fats.
