Gisele Bundchen Dances Amid Divorce Rumors: Her Yoga Workout And Low-Carb Diet Secrets

Gisele Bundchen flaunted her long, sexy legs and hot dance moves in a new TV commercial for shoe designer Stuart Weitzman

In the video ad, Gisele spotlights her yoga-toned body while dancing in chorus with five handsome male models, four of whom are shirtless.

Bundchen, who has been a rep for Stuart Weitzman shoes since 2014, looked sensational in a black-and-white leotard and peep-toe leather booties.

The commercial comes amid reports that Gisele’s marriage to New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady is on the rocks and the couple may be on the brink of divorce.

At 35, Bundchen remains in top shape, thanks to a balanced low-carb diet and daily workouts that include yoga, Examiner reported.

Gisele’s diet features mostly organic vegetables and fruits and excludes alcohol, sugar, red meat and processed foods.

“Like I tell my five sisters, who don’t work very hard at all [to be fit]: Whatever you put in, you get out,” said Bundchen. “I’m not afraid of working hard at anything, whatever it is. I just always want to be the best that I can.”

Low-carb diets such as the Atkins, ketogenic and Atkins diets promote rapid weight loss by encouraging the body to burn fat for fuel, said obesity expert Dr. Eric Westman, co-author of Keto Clarity.

As she did with her first pregnancy in 2009, Bundchen regained her svelte pre-baby body by watching her diet and doing yoga, martial arts and strength-training.

Yoga promotes weight loss and health by reducing stress, building lean muscles and suppressing appetite, said “The Biggest Loser” trainer Bob Harper, creator of the Weight Loss Yoga workout DVD.

In addition to working out daily, Gisele ate carefully during her two pregnancies, gaining only about 30 pounds with each baby.

“I think a lot of people get pregnant and decide they can turn into garbage disposals,” said the former Victoria’s Secret Angel.

“I’ve always believed that to be a mom is the greatest responsibility a woman could have in her life,” Gisele said.
