Pamela Anderson, 48, Flaunts Hot Nude Body: Is Writing Vegan Diet Cookbook

“Baywatch” beauty Pamela Anderson showed off her fit nude body in a hot photospread for Flaunt magazine, where she revealed she’s writing a vegan cookbook.

At 48, Anderson still looks sexy as hell in the nude, thanks to an active lifestyle and her longtime vegan diet.

Pamela is planning to share her vegan diet secrets in her upcoming cookbook called the Sensual Vegan, Flaunt reported Sept. 16.

The buxom 5-foot-7 Pamela, a former fitness instructor, has been a vegetarian since her teens, and switched to a vegan diet several years ago, Examiner reported.

Anderson said a vegan diet has helped her maintain her fat-free, 115-pound bikini body and manages the liver disease Hepatitis-C.

“I have Hepatitis C and I feel great, which I think has a lot to do with my diet,” Pam said in 2010. “I feel better [following a vegan diet]. I always feel healthy.”

The weight loss and anti-aging health benefits of a vegan diet aren’t surprising to Dr. David Katz, director of Yale University’s Prevention Research Center.

“A diet of minimally processed foods close to nature — predominantly plants — is decisively associated with health promotion and disease prevention,” said Katz, author of Disease-Proof.

Obesity expert Dr. Joel Fuhrman agrees. “The more greens you eat, the more weight you will lose,” said Fuhrman, author of The End of Dieting.

pam anderson nude flaunt magazineAnderson, who was diagnosed with Hepatitis C in 2002, has gushed about her love of working out and has long been an advocate of weight-training and calisthenics.

In 2013, Pam completed the New York City Marathon with an impressive time of 5:41:03. Before the marathon, Anderson said she was barely able to run down her street.

The mom of two recently announced she’s trying to dress less sexy as she ages.

“I think it’s time,” said Pamela, the author of Raw.

“You grow up and you change your look. I feel different from how I did in my ‘Playboy’ days. As I’m getting older, this is my version of toned down. I like it. I’m happy to be in my 40s.”
