Kendall Jenner is one of the highest paid models in the world and flies around the world constantly, so she has to look good no matter what time zone she’s in.
Kendall says her travel beauty secrets include Estee Lauder hydrating makeup. “With all the flying I do I need to have a concrete plan for my skin,” Jenner told People Sept. 28. “The plane always dries my skin out.”
Kendall also moisturizes her skin as much as possible to prevent premature wrinkles and keep her skin dewy.
“My moisturizer is by Elta MD, and it’s really good,” said Jenner. “It has sunscreen in it, so I wear sunscreen every day.”
Jenner prefers a natural look, so “I always use light foundation and keep it natural.”
At 19, Kendall earned more than supermodel Kate Upton, thanks to her lucrative modeling contracts with Fendi, Calvin Klein, Estee Lauder, Marc Jacobs, Givenchy, and Balmain.
The leggy 5-foot-10 Kendall has also become a hit at fashion weeks around the world, where she has walked the runways in New York, Paris, London and Milan.
Kendall, who’s in incredible shape, credited lots of detox tea and a low-carb diet for her slammin’ bikini body, Examiner reported.
“I usually start my day off with a cup of detox tea,” said Jenner. “I have 12 cups a day.” For snacks, Kendall eats low-sugar fruits like apples and strawberries and avoids processed junk food.
For exercise, the gorgeous brunette prefers cardio exercise. “I like running,” she shared. “I’ve been trying to get back into it.”
In 2014, Kendall’s half-sister, Kim Kardashian, lost 56 pounds in six months on a low carb ketogenic-style Atkins diet that limited her daily carb intake to less than 60 grams.
Limiting carbs encourages your body to burn fat for fuel, said Dr. Eric Westman, co-author of Keto Clarity. Low-carb diet expert Dr. Jeff Volek agrees.
“Carbohydrate restriction is the proverbial ‘silver bullet’ for managing insulin resistance, metabolic syndrome, and type 2 diabetes,” said Volek, author of the bestseller, The Art and Science of Low Carbohydrate Living.
