Kate Hudson, 36, is hooking up with Nick Jonas, 23, and spent the weekend with him at Disney World in Orlando, Florida.
Kate attended Nick’s performance at the House of Blues in Orlando. Insiders aren’t certain if the two are dating exclusively, but told TMZ Sept. 28 they’re definitely “hooking up.”
Hudson, who divorced Black Crowes singer Chris Robinson in 2007, has dated a string of Hollywood celebrities, including actor Owen Wilson, cyclist Lance Armstrong, Muse frontman Matthew Bellamy, New York Yankee Alex Rodriguez and actor Dax Shepard.

Kate, who recently launched her own fitness clothing line, now stars in the 2016 Campari Calendar. The annual calendars, which are not sold, are distributed to Campari VIPs worldwide.
At 36, Kate maintains her hot bikini body secrets with a low-carb alkaline diet and Brazilian Butt Lift workouts, as Celebrity Health & Fitness previously reported.
Hudson, who lost 70 pounds after her second pregnancy in 2011, now follows the Alkaline Diet, whose other celebrity proponents include Kelly Ripa and Elle Macpherson.
“Because I want to be as healthy as possible, I eat alkaline. That’s my go-to,” said Kate. “It’s no dairy, it’s no wheat, it’s gluten-free, no meat and no sugar. I just cut all of that out. And no wine and no beer—only vodka and only tequila, straight up.”
While Kate has a hot bikini body now, she gained 70 pounds during both her pregnancies (in 2011 and 2004), Examiner reported.
The 5-foot-6 Hudson, who once weighed 184 pounds, said losing the baby weight was extremely hard, and she exercised up to six hours a day to lose weight.
While she no longer works out for hours every day, Kate maintains an active lifestyle because exercise makes her feel good.
Hudson’s bikini workout regimen these days includes running sprints, weightlifting, cardio exercise and Brazilian Butt Lift. “I love Brazilian Butt Lift, it’s like a DVD,” said Hudson.
Kate, who loves to eat, said diet is critical for maintaining her flat abs and 70-pound weight loss, and said the Alkaline Diet is perfect for her.
“When you start to become more alkaline, it’s just basically healthier,” said Hudson. “Everything digests better, your blood is [at a proper pH balance].”
On the Alkaline Diet, people sometimes eat even more than they usually do. The theory behind the Alkaline Diet is that eating a diet high in alkaline-producing foods will minimize acid buildup in our bodies (which fuels inflammation, aging and weight gain).
When you ingest too many acidic foods, your pH levels get disrupted, causing weight gain and disease, said Dr. Stephan Domenig, author of The Alkaline Cure.
The alkaline diet can transform your body and mind so you can embrace total health and well-being, said Marta Tuchowska, author of How to Lose Massive Weight with the Alkaline Diet.
Kate said her favorite breakfast is eggs. “I love eggs, soft boiled eggs,” gushed Hudson. I do a 5-minute soft-boiled egg. It’s my favorite thing on the planet.”
