Kourtney Kardashian showed off her 45-pound weight loss and tiny waist in a waist-training selfie with sisters Khloe and Kylie Jenner.
“Sisters who waist train together stay fit together!!” Khloe wrote in the caption to the Instagram photo.
Kourtney, a mom of three, is slimmer than ever after losing over 45 pounds since giving birth to son Reign in December 2014.
Kardashian said regular exercise keeps her physically and mentally strong as she navigates her difficult relationship with baby daddy Scott Disick.
“Working out is one of the only things that helps when I’m feeling anxious,” Kourtney revealed on Instagram.
Kourtney’s weight loss secrets are an organic diet, yoga workouts and corset waist training.
Yoga promotes natural weight loss by reducing stress, building lean muscles and suppressing appetite, said Christina Brown, author of The Yoga Bible.
In 2013, Kourtney lost 44 pounds just six months after giving birth to her second child with an organic diet and daily workouts.
The 5-foot-tall Kourtney, who slimmed down from 150 pounds to 106 pounds, ran or did calisthenics on the days she didn’t work out with her trainer.
Similarly, Jessica Alba lost all her baby weight quickly with a low-carb Paleo-style diet, waist training, yoga and CrossFit workouts, as Celebrity Health & Fitness previously reported.
Low-carb diets such as the Atkins, Paleo and ketogenic diets accelerate weight loss by inducing your body to burn fat for fuel, said obesity expert Dr. Eric Westman, co-author of Keto Clarity.
Alba also credited wearing tight, double corsets around the clock for three months for her dramatic post-baby weight loss after each of her two pregnancies.
Kourtney, Khloe Kardashian and Jessica Alba have also credited corset waist training for flattening their bellies.
Waist training, or the “Corset Diet,” is a weight loss trend some women use to winnow down their midsection.
“This is a remarkable way to train your waist to be smaller,” said plastic surgeon Dr. Alexander Sinclair, who claims some of his patients have lost up to 6 inches off their midsection.
Khloe Kardashian recently lost 35 pounds, thanks to waist training, rigorous exercise and a dairy-free diet.
