Britney Spears showed off her long blonde hair extensions on Instagram, telling fans long hair is a must-have during the cold winter months.
“Having long hair in winter is a must!” Britney wrote in the caption to the photo, where she rocks lush, gorgeous blonde hair extensions.
Spears, whose natural hair often gets damaged from too much styling and dying, is a longtime devotee of hair pieces, wigs and extensions.
When she’s on tour, Britney changes her hairstyle for every city, said her hairstylist Marco Berardini.
“We change her hair every show,” Berardini told Allure. “I try to feel the vibe of the city we’re in.”
To keep Britney’s makeup and hair in place in between grueling, sweaty dance performances, Marco relies on finishing powder and dry shampoo.
“I use Make Up For Ever HD MicroFinish powder to control shine on her face,” said Berardini.
“And I touch up her hair with Bumble and Bumble dry shampoo. Hairspray tends to make the hair oilier, but the dry shampoo soaks up the moisture and adds volume.”
Britney’s weight loss and bikini fitness secrets are a low-carb diet, cardio exercise and yoga workouts, as Celebrity Health & Fitness previously reported. Britney has trouble sticking to a healthy diet, but loves to exercise.
The mom of two said it has been harder to stay thin after two pregnancies, but a low-carb diet coupled with cardio exercise keep her fit.
Britney previously said sticking to a diet is hard because she loves high-calorie, sugary foods. However, Spears generally follows a low carb diet, and these days has become partial to sushi.
Low-carb diets such as the ketogenic and Atkins diets fuel rapid weight loss by inducing the body to burn fat for fuel, said obesity expert Dr. Eric Westman, co-author of Keto Clarity.
“Daily exercise is important for me both mentally and physically,” said Britney, who has her own bestselling perfume line. “I don’t mind working out. Trainers keep you motivated, but I didn’t have a problem being motivated.”
