Khloe Kardashian Skinnier Than Ever After 40-Pound Weight Loss: Diet And Workout Tricks

Khloe Kardashian is skinnier than ever after her 40-pound weight loss on a dairy-diet and fat-blasting workouts.

Khloe put her jaw-dropping weight loss on display in a gym selfie with sister Kourtney. Kourtney also looks better than ever after losing 45 pounds, as Celebrity Health & Fitness previously reported.

Khloe said consistent exercise and a healthy diet helped her drop 40 pounds during the past three years.

Kardashian told “Live With Kelly and Michael” (see video) permanent weight loss is a long-term project, and you shouldn’t get discouraged if you don’t lose 30 pounds in 30 days like those fad diets promise.

Khloe, a self-confessed yo-yo dieter who has gained and lost the same 35 pounds during the past few years, was discouraged when she didn’t see results right away. But consistent action finally helped her lose 40 pounds, and she couldn’t be prouder.

“For the first two months, I was like, ‘What? I am sweating, I’m busting my a**, I’m tired, I’m hungry,’ [because] you don’t notice anything,” Kardashian said.

“But you just keep on going. Obviously something’s going to happen, but your body takes a minute for that change to show. And the tortoise wins the race. I want to keep it off forever.”

Khloe shared her diet, workout, weight loss, and beauty secrets in her book, Strong Looks Better Naked.

Kardashian said her daily diet typically looks like this:

  • Breakfast at 5 a.m. – “A huge glass of water followed by black coffee.”
  • Snack at 11 a.m. – Apple with peanut butter or nuts.
  • Lunch: Chinese chicken salad, more water and and chopped vegetables.
  • Dinner at 7 p.m. – Steamed vegetables and fish.
  • Evening snack – Greek yogurt and fruit.

Khloe shared her weight loss and beauty secrets in her book ‘Strong Looks Better Naked.’

Khloe snacks on pre-cut vegetables and fruits like strawberries and blackberries during the day and drinks almond milk instead of cow’s milk, which she says causes bloating and weight gain.

Khloo also said her weight loss secret is daily workouts that combine fat-burning cardio exercise with weight training. She also trains on a bosu ball to improve her agility and tone her butt and thighs.

In addition to rigorous workouts, Kardashian said corset waist training helped her get flat abs.

Khloe and her sisters Kourtney and Kim Kardashian also do corset waist training to slim down their waistline, as Celebrity Health & Fitness previously reported.

Waist training (or the Corset Diet), is a weight loss trend some women use to winnow down their midsection. “This is a remarkable way to train your waist to be smaller,” said plastic surgeon Dr. Alexander Sinclair, who claims some of his patients have lost up to 6 inches.

Kourtney lost 45 pounds after giving birth to her third child with an organic diet, exercise, and by wearing a waist trainer.

“People say I’ve had my butt done or I’ve had liposuction. When I hear that I have fake body parts it frustrates me, said Kardashian. “But I also take it as a compliment. ”
