Heidi Klum’s Bikini Diet And Workout Tips: Flaunts Butt Cheeks At 42

Heidi Klum flashed her butt cheeks in new photos promoting her upcoming swimsuit line, which will launch this summer.

“Big things to come…Heidi Klum Swim launching this summer,” Klum wrote on Instagram.

The German supermodel and mom of four, who already has own successful Heidi Klum Intimate lingerie line, is smoking-hot at 42.

Klum’s anti-aging fitness secrets are a low-carb diet and rigorous workouts that include circuit-training, cardio exercise and weightlifting, Examiner reported.

“I’m pretty good about not eating too many carbs,” said Klum. “I love vegetables. I don’t eat bagels—no way! A bagel is basically a cardboard box. Usually I’ll have a smoothie in the morning.”

heidi klum lingerie diet workoutHeidi avoids processed foods and makes sure her daily diet features fresh vegetables and home-cooked German meals. “I like to stick to fresh fruits and vegetables and lean proteins,” said Klum.

Low-carb diets such as the Atkins and ketogenic diets fuel rapid weight loss by forcing the body to burn fat for fuel, said obesity expert Dr. Eric Westman, co-author of Keto Clarity.

Weight loss expert Dr. David Ludwig, a physician and nutrition professor at Harvard University, agrees.

By reducing carbs and eating more healthy fats, you can accelerate weight loss and enjoy consistent energy throughout the day, said Dr. Ludwig, author of the bestseller Always Hungry? Conquer Cravings, Retrain Your Fat Cells, and Lose Weight Permanently.

This is because our body stores fat when we experience insulin spikes, which are caused by eating too much sugar and processed grains like white bread, he explained.

Heidi also tries to work out every day combining circuit-training workouts, strength-training, lunges, step-ups and rows, as well as belly-targeting exercises to keep her abs flat.

Klum makes an effort to incorporate exercise into her daily life by hiking with her children when they’re in Los Angeles, running on the treadmill for 30 minutes at home, and doing sit-ups and other calisthenics in her hotel room whenever she travels.

While most people dread getting older, Heidi is comfortable with aging and has no interest in getting plastic surgery.

“I don’t think of getting older as looking better or worse; it’s just different,” said Klum. “You change, and that’s OK. Life is about change.”
