Megyn Kelly is fit and fab at 45, thanks to exercise and The F-Factor diet, a high-protein, high-fiber eating plan she credits for her bangin’ body.

Megyn revealed she follows The F-Factor Diet during an interview with director Michael Moore on her Fox News show, “The Kelly File.”

“I would recommend the F-Factor diet because that is a great book and a great way of eating,” Kelly told Moore. “I just like the way that works. Before you leave we’re gonna get you some fiber crackers.”

Tanya Zuckerbrot, author of The F-Factor Diet, said her plan is a high-fiber, high-protein diet that aids weight loss and boosts metabolism.

The F-Factor Diet is a high-protein, high-fiber diet that enables you to lose weight without hunger or deprivation, says dietitian Tanya Zuckerbrot.

On the plan, Megyn snacks on high-fiber Finn Crisp or GG Bran Crispbread Crackers to curb hunger between meals.

Judging by her slim physique, it’s hard to believe Kelly has three small children (with writer husband Douglas Brunt). Megyn said she hates to work out, but exercises regularly to stay skinny, as Celebrity Health Fitness has reported.

Megyn Kelly is well aware that a huge part of her appeal is her beauty, and that doesn’t bother her at all.

Megyn Kelly knows her beauty is one of the reasons for her stunning popularity.

“Being called attractive doesn’t bother me, no,” said Megyn. “Women’s looks in general — not just in journalism which is a visual medium, but in many professions — are more subject to scrutiny.”
