Khloe Kardashian looks fierce after her 40-pound weight loss, and flaunted her sexy new body on Instagram in a black jumpsuit.
Khloe, has been documenting her weight loss in Instagram photos, said her fitness secrets are a dairy-free diet, waist training and rigorous workouts, as Celebrity Health & Fitness previously reported.
Khloe, a self-confessed yo-yo dieter who has gained and lost the same 30 to 40 pounds during the past few years, said consistent action finally helped her lose 40 pounds, and she couldn’t be prouder.
“For the first two months, I was like, ‘What? I am sweating, I’m busting my a**, I’m tired, I’m hungry,’ [because] you don’t notice anything,” Kardashian said. “But you just keep on going. Obviously something’s going to happen, but your body takes a minute for that change to show.”
Khloe Kardashian said her daily diet menu usually looks like this:
- Breakfast at 5 a.m. – A huge glass of water followed by black coffee.
- Snack at 11 a.m. – Apple with peanut butter or nuts.
- Lunch: Chinese chicken salad, more water and and chopped vegetables.
- Dinner at 7 p.m. – Steamed vegetables and fish.
- Evening snack – Greek yogurt and fruit.
Khloe shared her weight loss, diet, workout, and beauty secrets in her book, Strong Looks Better Naked.
Khloe daily workouts that combine fat-burning cardio exercise with weight training was instrumental to her 40-pound weight loss. She also trains on a bosu ball to improve her agility and tone her butt and thighs.
In addition to gym workouts, Kardashian relied on corset waist training helped her get flat abs.
Khloe and her sisters Kourtney and Kim wear waist trainers several hours a day to flatten their tummies, Examiner reported.
Khloe has repeatedly denied rumors she got butt implants, liposuction and other plastic surgery, saying hard work is responsible for her toned glutes and thighs.
“People say I’ve had my butt done or I’ve had liposuction,” Khloe tweeted. “I take it as a compliment.”
