Kourtney Kardashian showed she’s a MILF in a sexy new Instagram photo, where she flaunted her 45-pound weight loss.

Kourtney posed seductively wearing a tight bustier that spotlighted her cleavage and tiny waist in an Instagram selfie posted Feb. 19.

Kardashian, 36, has always had a bangin’ bikini body, the mom of three has really stepped up her fitness in recent months. Even younger sister Kim she’s “so jealous” of Kourtney’s fantastic figure.

Kourtney, who gave birth to her third child in December 2015, lost 45 pounds recently, and has flatter abs than all her younger sisters.

Kourtney’s weight loss secrets were an organic low- arb diet, waist training and daily workouts that combine yoga, weight training, and cardio exercise such as running, as Celebrity Health Fitness previously reported.

Low carb diets such as the Atkins, Paleo and ketogenic diets accelerate weight loss by inducing your body to burn fat for fuel, said obesity expert Dr. Eric Westman, co-author of Keto Clarity.

Kardashian is a longtime proponent of organic eating, which she credits for her glowing skin and youthful appearance.

“Good health begins with what you put in your body,” said Elizabeth Stein, author of Eating Purely. “When you eat better, you feel better.”

Kourtney also swears by Fit Tea herbal weight loss tea to curb hunger between meals and boost metabolism.

Kourtney said she exercises every day to prevent depression and to stay strong physically and mentally.

“Working out is one of the only things that helps when I’m feeling anxious,” she said on Instagram.

Kourtney and her sisters Kim, Khloe and Kendall all credit corset waist training for their hourglass figures.

Waist training is a weight loss trend some women use to winnow down their midsection.

“This is a remarkable way to train your waist to be smaller,” said plastic surgeon Dr. Alexander Sinclair, who claims some of his patients have lost up to 6 inches off their waistlines.

Kourtney’s sister Khloe also recently lost 40 pounds, thanks to a dairy-free diet, waist training, and rigorous exercise.
