Cindy Crawford Fitness And Beauty Tips: Low Carb Diet, Yoga Workouts Keep Her Hot At 50

Cindy Crawford flaunted her yoga-toned bikini body while celebrating her 50th birthday.

Cindy, who has been a supermodel for 30 years, looked amazing in a tiny black bikini as she walked on a beach (see video).

Cindy’s anti-aging fitness secrets are a low carb diet and regular workouts that combine yoga, Pilates and weight lifting, Examiner reported.

Crawford exercises three to four times a week and typically follows a low-carb diet to stay model-slim.

Low carb diets promote weight loss by inducing the body to burn fat for fuel, said obesity expert Dr. Eric Westman, co-author of Keto Clarity.

But Cindy doesn’t deprive herself, and admits she eats dark chocolate every day.

“I love chocolate and I have some every day,” Crawford said. “I like to get the Dagoba Chocodrops that are 74% cacao. A small handful satisfies.”

Cindy’s workouts typically include cardio exercise such as running, spinning, stair-climbing, and hiking. She also does Pilates, yoga, lifts weights, and circuit-trains.

Yoga is anti-aging and promotes natural weight loss by reducing stress, sculpting lean muscles and suppressing appetite, said Jennifer Aniston’s yoga teacher, Mandy Ingber, author of Yogalosophy.

Cindy’s beauty secrets include using sunscreen and eye cream every day, as Celebrity Health Fitness has reported.

“I use SPF day cream every day, cleanser every day and night,” said Crawford, who also uses wrinkle-fighting eye cream every day.

“The [results are] cumulative. When a 35-year-old starts taking care of her skin, she won’t look different. It’s when you’re my age that you start seeing the payoff.”

Crawford keeps the rest of her body looking great with inexpensive treatments. “I use Neutrogena Body Oil on my body after I shower,” Cindy said. “It’s so invigorating.”

Cindy, a happily married mom of two, admits the changes she sees in the mirror each passing year are disheartening, but she’s content with her life.

“The big numbers [like age 50] are hard for me,” said Crawford. “[But] what day or what experience of my life would I give up to be younger? Nothing.”
