Kate Middleton, the Duchess of Cambridge, showed off her tennis skills during a tennis workshop at Craigmount High School in Edinburgh, Scotland.

Kate looked glamorous and supermodel-skinny in form-fitting workout clothes that spotlighted her dramatic post-baby weight loss.

The 5-foot-9 Kate, whose rapid weight loss recently fueled rumors she was anorexic, looked healthy and fit playing.

Middleton, who gave birth to daughter Charlotte in May 2015, regained her slender pre-baby body less than two months after delivery.

Kate’s weight loss secrets were a low-carb diet and yoga workouts, as Celebrity Health Fitness has reported.

In 2014, Kate lost 29 pounds less than 2 months after giving birth to son George with a low carb diet.

Low carb diets such as the Atkins, ketogenic and Paleo diets fuel rapid weight loss by inducing the body to burn fat for fuel, said obesity expert Dr. Eric Westman, co-author of Keto Clarity.

Physician and Harvard University nutrition professor Dr. David Ludwig agrees.

Low carb diets keep blood sugar levels stable, suppress appetite, and enhance mental clarity and mood, said Dr. Ludwig, author of the bestseller Always Hungry? Conquer Cravings, Retrain Your Fat Cells.

Kate Middleton’s speedy weight loss was also due to a daily regimen of fresh green juices, as Celebrity Health Fitness has reported.

Middleton has been nicknamed “the Smoothie Queen” because she loves to use her Nutribullet blender at home to make her own healthy fruit and vegetable drinks. Daily juicing also keeps Kate’s skin radiant and wrinkle-free.

Middleton, a star college athlete, works out almost every day, combining cardio exercise, yoga and weightlifting. Kate is also an expert skier and tennis player.
