Rob Kardashian Sisters Happy About Engagement, 50 Pound Weight Loss: Rob’s Diet Tips

Rob Kardashian said his sisters are happy about his engagement to Blac Chyna, who’s now acting as his weight loss coach.

“My family is very happy,” Rob told X17 when asked about his upcoming wedding (see video).

Ever since Kardashian started dating Blac Chyna in January 2016, rumors have swirled that Rob’s sisters are furious because Chyna had previously feuded with Kylie Jenner.

Kylie and Chyna have been at odds ever since Kylie started dating Chyna’s ex-boyfriend, rapper Tyga, with whom she has a son. However, Rob insists there’s no bad blood between his fiancee and his sisters.

Meanwhile, Rob is looking better than he has in years after losing 50 pounds recently.

Kardashian’s weight loss secrets were a low-carb diet, exercise, and fitness motivation from Blac Chyna, as Celebrity Health Fitness has reported.

The 5-foot-10 Kardashian said he weighs 248 pounds and wants to lose an additional 50 pounds before Chyna’s May 11 birthday party, Examiner reported.

“Looking from where I started 298 pounds to my current weight now 248.4 pounds,” said Rob. “I’m focused and determined to reach my goal weight 200-205 lbs …. Happy I found my motivation.”

Kardashian’s slimmed down with a low-carb diet that excludes red meat and fast food. Rob also exercises 5 days a week to manage his type 2 diabetes.

His older sister, Kim Kardashian, recently lost 42 pounds in 3 months with the low-carb, high-fat Atkins diet.

Kim is planning to shed an additional 28 pounds with the Atkins 40 Diet, which limits her daily carb intake to 40 net grams.

In 2014, Kim lost 56 pounds in 6 months with an Atkins diet that limited her daily carb intake to less than 60 net grams.
