Kendall Jenner Rules Met Gala In Versace Halter Dress: Diet, Exercise And Beauty Secrets

Kendall Jenner ruled the red carpet of the 2016 Met Gala in a slinky Versace halter dress that spotlighted her flawless supermodel body.

The leggy 5-foot-10 Kendall looked like a fairytale princess in a glamorous cutout gown that molded to her every curve.

Jenner, who appeared in the 2015 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, is not an exercise fanatic but worked out like crazy to prepare for the lingerie runway show.

Great genes keep Jenner slim, but she tries to follow a high-protein diet and work out regularly to maintain her toned bikini body, as Celebrity Health Fitness has reported.

Kendall worked out a minimum of 4 days a week with celebrity fitness expert Gunnar Peterson, mixing cardio exercise and strength-training.

“I’ll run to a gym and get on the treadmill,” said Jenner. “I also do a lot of ab work and planking.”

Jenner, 20, has been racking up high-profile magazine photo spreads and landing big-name modeling contracts with Estee Lauder, Calvin Klein, Marc Jacobs, Givenchy and Balmain.

The brunette stunner, who has walked the runways in New York, Paris, London and Milan, said her Fashion Week diet secrets include detox tea, plenty of sleep, and lots of water.

“I usually start my day off with a cup of detox tea,” said Jenner. “I have 12 cups a day.”

For snacks, Kendall eats low carb, low-sugar fruits like apples and strawberries and avoids processed junk food.

Jenner’s sister, Kourtney Kardashian, recently lost 45 pounds with an organic diet, ghee, and green tea, as Celebrity Health Fitness reported.

Kendall’s beauty secrets include Estee Lauder’s Little Black Primer and Pure Color Envy Liquid Lip Potion.

Jenner also moisturizes often to prevent premature wrinkles and keep her skin radiant.

“My moisturizer is by Elta MD, and it’s really good,” said Kendall. “It has sunscreen in it, so I wear sunscreen every day.”
