Paulina Porizkova Bikini Body Stuns: Diet, Workout And Anti-Aging Beauty Tips

Paulina Porizkova showed off her sizzling bikini body while relaxing in Miami.

In the Instagram photo, Paulina lies on a towel in a red bikini looking every inch the supermodel.

Paulina, a 3-time Sports Illustrated swimsuit cover girl, still has not gotten plastic surgery or Botox, saying she prefers to age naturally, as Celebrity Health Fitness has reported.

“I haven’t done anything at all,” Porizkova told Yahoo. “I have done lasers. But you pay a vast amount of money for them.”

Paulina, who just started working out at age 40, said a healthy diet and exercise are her anti-aging bikini body fitness secrets.

“I exercise probably 5 to 6 days a week,” said Porizkova. “I started doing it because of anxiety and to get off of antidepressants when I realized it’s so effective at keeping anxiety at bay.”

Paulina, who’s still model-skinny, mixes up her workouts to keep from getting bored.

“I like kickboxing,” said Porizkova. “I’ll do Zumba. I will spin. I will do Pilates.”

Porizkova, a rep for RxGenesys skincare, said the RxGenesys Stem Cell Anti Aging Beauty System smoothed out her wrinkles and gave her a youthful glow.

“A week later I suddenly looked like I was 20 again,” she said. “I don’t really expect that from a cream but people started commenting.”

Paulina prefers skincare that’s non-invasive and relatively inexpensive. The Czech-born beauty isn’t opposed to plastic surgery or Botox, but said they’re not for her.

“I never actually said I was against plastic surgery,” said Porizkova. “I’m against all of us looking homogeneous, where there’s only one kind of a template of a person.”

Paulina, who has two sons with rocker husband Ric Ocasek, said her No. 1 anti-aging beauty secret is daily sunscreen use.

“Long before anyone discovered it, I was using La Roche Posay Anthelios,” said Porizkova. “SPF is the secret.”
