Pregnant Candice Swanepoel Flaunts Baby Bump: Diet, Pilates Workout, Coconut Oil Beauty Tips

Pregnant Candice Swanepoel showed off her burgeoning baby bump on Instagram, where she revealed she is the new face of Givenchy perfume.

Candice, who’s in her second trimester, looked supermodel gorgeous in the topless black-and-white photo.

Despite being pregnant, Swanepoel recently scored a new fragrance contract.

“Honored to be the new face of my favorite Givenchy fragrance! 💫Dahlia Divin💫”

There’s no doubt Candice will maintain her supermodel bikini body during pregnancy.

Swanepoel previously said she stays bikini-ready all year round because it’s her job to stay in top shape.

Candice’s fitness secrets are a low carb, high-protein diet and daily workouts, as Celebrity Health Fitness has reported.

Low carb diets such as the Atkins and ketogenic diets promote weight loss by inducing the body to burn fat for fuel, said obesity expert Dr. Eric Westman, co-author of Keto Clarity.

For exercise, Swanepoel boxes, strength-trains and does Pilates and yoga workouts.

“I do a lot of yoga, boxing when I have energy, Pilates on the reformer and lots of resistance training,” said Swanepoel. “I love yoga for the spiritual and physical sides. I meditate through yoga.”

Candice Swanepoel told Vogue her beauty secrets involve a simple, inexpensive skincare regimen.

“Because I wear a lot of make-up for work it’s really important to keep my skin clean after work so I use a great natural face wash, tea tree oil, and green tea,” she said.

Swanepoel continued: “I use organic coconut oil to take my makeup off. I also add it to my smoothies to keep my skin glowing. It’s a great all-round natural beauty product.”

To make her cheekbones pop, Candice swears by contouring to achieve that model-angular look.

“Pat McGrath taught me all about contouring, which is really big right now,” said Swanepoel. “It’s also really important to find the right colors and shades for you. What may suit one person may not suit you, so find what works for your face shape and tones.”
