Kim Kardashian wants a smaller butt following her 65-pound weight loss.

While Kardashian is celebrated for her oversized bum, she’s ready to slim down her huge glutes, Examiner reported.

“I want to lose my bum,” Kim said at the Vogue Festival in London. “Not all the way, but it’s weird how your body changes with different babies.”

The 5-foot-2 Kardashian, who weighed over 200 pounds while pregnant, now weighs 135 pounds and wants to lose even more weight.

Kim’s weight loss secrets were the low carb Atkins diet and cardio workouts, as Celebrity Health Fitness has reported.

Kardashian, who gave birth to her second child in December 2015, previously said she wants to lose an additional 15 pounds to reach her goal weight of 120 pounds.

In 2014, Kim lost 56 pounds in 6 months with an Atkins diet that limited her daily carb intake to less than 60 grams.

Low carb, high-fat diets like the Atkins and ketogenic diets promote rapid weight loss by inducing the body to burn fat for fuel, said obesity expert Dr. Eric Westman, author of New Atkins For a New You.

Reducing carbs and eating healthy fats fuels rapid weight loss, suppresses appetite, and boosts energy, said dietitian Colette Heimowitz, author of The New Atkins Made Easy.

Other celebrities who have lost dramatic amounts of weight on a low-carb diet include Melissa McCarthy, who lost 75 pounds, and Kate Middleton, who lost 30 pounds just 2 months after giving birth.

Low carb, high-fat diets such as the Atkins and ketogenic plans promote rapid weight loss by forcing the body to burn fat for fuel, said obesity expert Dr. David Ludwig, a physician and Harvard nutrition professor.

In addition to the Atkins diet, Kim Kardashian did cardio exercise every day. To burn lots of calories and torch fat, Kim ran or walked on the treadmill and used the elliptical trainer.

“I worked so hard both times [to lose weight after my pregnancies],” said Kardashian. “I felt sexy again and empowered.”
