Kim Kardashian Bares Nude Butt After 70 Pound Weight Loss: Atkins Diet And Exercise Tips

Kim Kardashian showed off her bare butt on Instagram while touting a “secret project” after her 70-pound weight loss.

Kardashian did not share any details except to tease: #Secretproject coming soon. Knowing Kim, the project likely involves another nude photo shoot, which promised she’d “until I die.”

Kardashian has been feeling and looking great after losing almost 70 pounds since giving birth to son Saint in December 2015. The 5-foot-2 Kardashian, who weighed over 200 pounds while pregnant, now weighs 132 pounds.

Kim’s weight loss secrets were the low carb, high-fat Atkins diet and cardio workouts, as Celebrity Health Fitness has reported.

Kardashian said she wants to lose an additional 12 pounds to reach her goal weight of 120 pounds, TheImproper reported.

In 2014, Kim lost 56 pounds in 6 months with a low-carb Atkins diet that limited her daily carb intake to less than 60 grams.

Low carb, high-fat diets like the Atkins and ketogenic diets promote rapid weight loss by inducing the body to burn fat for fuel, said obesity expert Dr. Eric Westman, co-author of Keto Clarity.

Other celebrities who have lost dramatic amounts of weight on a low-carb diet include Melissa McCarthy, who lost 75 pounds, and Kim’s brother Rob Kardashian, who lost 60 pound recently.

Low carb, high-fat diets keep blood sugar stable, suppress appetite, and enhance mood, Dr. Ludwig wrote in his bestseller, Always Hungry? Conquer Cravings, Retrain Your Fat Cells.

In addition to the Atkins diet, Kardashian did cardio exercise every day. To burn calories and torch fat, Kim ran or walked on the treadmill and used the elliptical trainer.

“I worked so hard both times [to lose weight after my pregnancies],” said Kim Kardashian. “I felt sexy again and empowered.”
