Kyle Richards Rocks Bikini Body: Weight Loss, Sugar-Free Diet And Plastic Surgery Secrets

Kyle Richards, star of “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,” showcased her fit bikini body while vacationing with husband Mauricio Umansky and children in Cabo, Mexico.

Kyle showed off her flat abs in a red bikini in one Instagram photo taken on a beach.

In another Instagram video, Richards sported a one-piece swimsuit with flattering cut-outs as she danced on a yacht with daughter Alexia.

Kyle, who has struggled with weight her entire life, looks svelte and healthy after losing a few pounds.

Richard’s weight loss secrets were a sugar-free diet and liposuction plastic surgery, as Celebrity Health Fitness has reported.

Diet expert Jorge Cruise, author of The 100, said eliminating sugar from one’s diet promotes rapid weight loss by reducing the blood-sugar surges that fuel weight gain.

“The key to weight loss is keeping insulin low by avoiding hidden sugars,” Cruise wrote in his bestseller, Happy Hormones, Slim Belly.

In addition to losing weight, reducing your sugar intake prevents wrinkles, boosts your energy levels and curbs depression, said Sarah Wilson, author of I Quit Sugar.

In 2013, Kyle Richards revealed that she had lost weight after undergoing liposuction.

Richards said she opted for plastic surgery because she was unable to get rid of her stubborn love handles through diet and exercise alone.

The curvy 5-foot-2 Kyle also got a nose job in 2006 after being unhappy with her looks for years.

While the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star is surrounded by gorgeous, super-skinny women in Los Angeles, she said she’ll never starve herself to be thin.

“I’m willing to eat right and exercise, but not starve,” said Kyle. “I have always battled my weight. I’m just at a point in my life where being thin is not a priority.”
