Kourtney Kardashian’s bikini body is flawless following her recent 45-pound weight loss.

Kardashian, who’s vacationing in the Bahamas with friends, showed off her fit bikini body on Instagram and Snapchat.

Despite having three kids and having gained and lost 45 pounds through 3 pregnancies, Kourtney is in the best shape of her life, thanks to an organic diet, exercise, and her special beauty secrets.

Kardashian said sleeping on a satin pillowcase keeps her skin wrinkle-free and prevents her hair from damage and breakage, as Celebrity Health Fitness reported.

“I always sleep with a satin pillowcase and I have done for like 20 years,” said the mom of 3. “It’s better for your skin and hair.”

Kardashian also relies on ghee (clarified butter) to prevent wrinkles and promote weight loss, and coconut oil to make her hair and skin lustrous.

“I love using coconut oil for everything,” she said. “You can literally use it on your hair, skin, body, it does everything.”

The brunette beauty starts each morning with 1 teaspoon of organic ghee, which is clarified butter.

Health experts say ghee promotes weight loss, prevents wrinkles, and boosts metabolism. Ghee is rich in anti-aging antioxidants and fat-burning conjugated linoleic acid.

Kourtney has been drinking a teaspoon of ghee every morning for years, and rapidly lost 45 pounds after each of her three pregnancies using this weight loss secret, TheImproper reported.

Kardashian also drinks green tea every morning with organic honey.  Green tea has been hailed for aiding weight loss, preventing cancer, and boosting metabolism.

“I drink green tea with Manuka Doctor honey, and eat a lot of fruits and vegetables,” said Kardashian. “I try to eat gluten-free and dairy-free.”

Kourtney, whose face is more radiant than it was in her 20s, uses organic products to keep her complexion glowing. Her anti-aging beauty secrets include toner, anti-wrinkle serum and sunscreen.

“I always start by washing my face with Manuka Doctor’s Hydrating Facial Cleanser, and then I’ll use a toner morning and night,” said Kardashian.

“During the day I usually wear EltaMD sunscreen, as my dermatologist recommended it.”

For makeup, Kardashian prefers Armani and Smashbox. “I love the Armani Designer Lift Foundation for my base, and the Smashbox’s Bronze Light Matte Bronzer for a quick contour,” she said.

Kourtney added: “For brows, I love the Anastasia Beverly Hills Eyebrow Pencils.They’re so handy as they have a brush on the other end. I love that.”
