Supermodel Emily Ratajkowski showed off her hot bikini body on Instagram, where she also shared a nude selfie.
Emily’s bikini fitness secrets are a high-protein, meat-heavy diet, yoga workouts and hiking, as Celebrity Health Fitness has reported.
“I’m a carnivore,” said Ratajowski. “I really like to eat meat. I crave iron, so I am definitely not the kind of person who you will find eating a salad.”
Despite her drop-dead gorgeous looks, Emily says less is more when it comes to her beauty regimen.
“I have the same skin care routine morning and night, although I’m not one of those people who always uses the same products,” said Ratajkowski.
Emily continued: “Terry Cellularose Baume d’Eau [moisturizer] is great. A lot of moisturizers, they don’t absorb into your skin quickly enough, but this one seeps in right away.”
Because she travels a lot for work, Emily uses moisturizing masks to ensure her skin stays hydrated after long flights.
“If it’s a long flight, I’ll wash my face before sleeping and put on Sisley Express Flower Gel. It’s a mask that you don’t have to wash off. It’s perfect for the plane.”
To keep her hair lustrous and healthy, Ratajkowski changes up her shampoos and conditioners. “When my hair is down, it’s very straight,” said Emily. “I try to add a little volume with Bumble and Bumble dry shampoo.
“Sometimes I curl the ends and maybe a little around the back of the head so it has a bit of volume. It usually falls quickly, but it’s nice to try. I like my Conair Magic Wand. It’s a drugstore find.”
Despite being hailed for her sexy bikini body, Emily isn’t obsessed with diet and exercise, and believes less is more.
“For me, it’s about feeling good about what you eat,” said Ratajkowski. “I do love turmeric and beet juices. I don’t have a trainer and I don’t really go to the gym. I go on long walks and hikes with my girlfriends. That’s about it. I’m just not a crazy fitness person. I’m definitely an outlier in the industry.”
