Rumer Willis Bikini Fitness Tips Are Yoga And Hip Hop Dance Workouts: Rocks Tiny Waist

Rumer Willis, the oldest daughter of Demi Moore, showcased her tiny waist on Instagram while teasing a “secret project.”

“Working on a little project with the dream team,” Rumer wrote in the caption to her Instagram photo, where she looked glamorous in a body-hugging red evening gown that spotlighted her wispy waist.

Willis, who won season 20 of “Dancing With the Stars,” has credited Shaun T’s hip-hop abs workouts for her hot bikini body.

“Dance does a body good,” Rumer revealed on Instagram.

Rumer also does yoga with mom Demi Moore, whose anti-aging fitness secrets include a raw vegan diet, Pilates and yoga workouts, as Celebrity Health Fitness previously reported.

Yoga is an excellent anti-aging workout because it builds lean muscle, strengthens your core, and reduces stress, said Mandy Ingber, Jennifer Aniston’s longtime yoga teacher and author of Yogalosophy.

Sources said Demi follows a mostly raw vegan diet that features organic vegetables, fruits, green juices, smoothies, and soups.

Raw food devotees believe that eating greens, nuts, and seeds heated below 118°F preserves vitamins and minerals.

Supermodel Carol Alt, author of A Healthy You, said a raw food diet spurs natural weight loss and slows down the aging process.

This is because vegetables and fruits contain flavonoids and carotenoids, plant-based antioxidants that fight the free radical damage linked to aging.

“I’m never hungry, and my body is nourished,” said Alt, who also wrote Easy Sexy Raw. “Because raw food is so nutritionally dense, it’ll feed your body. A healthy diet is everything.”
