Supermodel Alessandra Ambrosio flashed her smoking-hot bikini while partying with friends in Greece and California.
Alessandra, a Victoria’s Secret Angel, looked like she stepped straight out of a fashion magazine in her casual Instagram photos, thanks to her bangin’ bikini body.
The 5-foot-10 Brazilian beauty stays fit with a portion-controlled organic diet, Pilates, cardio exercise, and calisthenics, as Celebrity Health Fitness has reported.
Pilates is an excellent low-impact way to lose weight and tone your entire body, said fitness expert Cassey Ho, author of Hot Body Year Round.
To maintain her lean, toned thighs and butt, Alessandra does calisthenics with ankle weights.
“I put 5-pound ankle weights on each leg, get on all fours and kick each heel up toward the ceiling [to work my butt],” said Ambrosio.
“I do three sets of 20. Then I also do three sets of 20 fire hydrants, where you lift each bent leg up and out to the side.”
Ambrosio, who has two children, Anja and Noah, with fiancé Jamie Mazur, also loves drinking tea to calm her nerves during hectic modeling assignments.
“I drink Two Leaves and A Bud chamomile tea when I wake up, during the day and before I go to sleep,” said Alessandra. “When I travel, I make sure they’re with me.”
While Alessandra is one of the highest-paid models in the world, she also love taking photos, especially of her children.
“I bring my Fujifilm Instax camera with me everywhere,” said Ambrosio. “I love taking shots of my kids. And the photos print right away!”
