Lea Michele Goes Nude: Mostly Vegan Diet, Exercise And Bikini Fitness Secrets

“Glee” alum Lea Michele flaunts her fit nude body in Women’s Health UK, where she revealed her bikini body diet and workout secrets.

Michele is proud to pose naked because she’s in the best shape of her life.

“Right now, I feel physically in my best shape and emotionally in my best place,” Lea told Women’s Health. “[Nudity] isn’t really an issue for me.”

Lea, who starred on the hit TV series Glee from 2009 to 2015, said her bikini body fitness secrets are a mostly vegan diet and cardio exercise, including regular indoor spinning workouts.

“For me, working out has to be good for my mind too, and when I leave, the endorphins are buzzing,” said Michele. “I’m glowing and I feel like I can take on the world.”

Lea, who dated “Glee” co-star Corey Monteith from 2011 to 2013, is still healing after his tragic death of a drug overdose in July 2013. Michele recently got a tiny tattoo (on her left hip) in honor of Monteith, who died at 31.

Michele said meditating and journaling helped her heal. Lea revealed how she uses to set and achieve goals in her book, You First: Journal Your Way to Your Best Life.

“I’m glowing and I feel like I can take on the world,” said Michele.

Lea was once 100% vegan, but now follows a mostly vegan diet that occasionally includes cheese and meat.

“I keep my home almost completely gluten-free and vegan, which I think is important because when you reach for a snack at home, then you’re getting something healthy,” said Michele.

But one diet rule Lea won’t break is: No junk food. Ever. “When I splurge, that’s pizza, mac and cheese, pasta; it’s not McDonald’s,” she said.
