Kim Kardashian showcased her tiny waist and 80-pound weight loss on Snapchat after reaching her goal weight of 120 pounds.
In the Snapchat photo and video, Kim wears a black sports bra and black tights as she bared her flat abs.
Some fans accused Kardashian of Photoshopping the selfie to look thinner, but Kim said she has reached her target weight of 120 pounds after losing 80 pounds.
Kim’s weight loss secrets were cardio exercise, waist training, and the low-carb, high-fat Akins diet, TheImproper reported.
The 5-foot-2 Kim, who weighed more than 200 pounds while pregnant, shed 80 pounds during the past 7 months with the Atkins diet.
“I definitely feel good where I’m comfortable again and things are starting to fit,” said Kardashian. “I gained a lot of weight.”
Kim said she consumed about 40 net grams of carbs on her diet, and the weight melted off, as Celebrity Health Fitness has reported.
Low carb, high-fat diets like the Atkins and ketogenic diets accelerate weight loss by encouraging the body to burn fat for fuel, said obesity expert Maria Emmerich, author of Quick and Easy Ketogenic Cooking.
Kim Kardashian also credited waist training for her tiny waist. “This is a remarkable way to train your waist to be smaller,” said plastic surgeon Dr. Alexander Sinclair, who says some of his patients have lost up to six inches from their midsections.
In 2014, Kim said she wore a waist trainer several hours a day to regain her small waist after giving birth to daughter North.
Kim’s sisters Khloe, Kourtney and Kylie Jenner are also fans of waist training.
