Amber Rose Is Unrecognizable In Wig: Weight Loss Diet, Exercise And Waist Training Tips

Amber Rose looked unrecognizable wearing a honey-blonde wig in her latest Instagram selfie.

The “Amber Rose Show,” premiered on VH1 on Aug. 5.

In several sneak-peek Instagram videos, Rose looked totally different from her usual self while sporting a tight black dress and glamorous wig.

Amber, who usually has a platinum blonde crew cut, looks fantastic, thanks to yoga workouts, a high-protein diet, and waist training.

Rose, who is hailed for her over-the-top curves, said her weight loss secrets are a portion-controlled diet, waist training and yoga workouts, as Celebrity Health Fitness has reported.

The 5-foot-8 Amber Rose, who weighed 202 pounds while pregnant, lost all her baby weight in 7 months by cutting portion sizes, doing yoga and working out with a trainer 90 minutes a day.

Yoga promotes natural weight loss, is low-impact exercise, and reduces stress, said Jennifer Aniston’s yoga teacher Mandy Ingber, author of Yogalosophy.

Amber also said she wears her waist trainer 6 hours a day to maintain her hourglass bikini body.

“I wear mine 6 hours daily and it’s comfortable!” said Rose, author of How To Be a Bad Bitch.

Plastic surgeon Dr. Alexander Sinclair claims some of his patients have lost up to 6 inches off their midsection with waist training.  “This is a remarkable way to train your waist to be smaller,” said Dr. Sinclair.

Kim Kardashian said she wore a waist trainer to bed every night to make her waist smaller ahead of her 2014 wedding.

Actress Jessica Alba has also credited wearing double corsets around the clock for three months for her dramatic post-baby weight loss after her two pregnancies.

Similarly, Brooke Burke Charvet, creator of the Transform Your Body workout DVD, said wearing a corset was responsible for her stunning post-baby weight loss after each of her four pregnancies.

“Wrapping your post-partum belly is a concept that has been around for centuries,” said Burke Charvet, who has her own line of belly wraps called Baboosh. “It helps the swelling of the uterus go back down to its original size and it supports all that baggy baby skin.”
