Nicole Scherzinger Bikini Diet, Exercise, Yoga Workout And Weight Loss Tips: Battled Bulimia

Nicole Scherzinger showcased her gorgeous bikini body on Instagram while vacationing in Croatia.

The former Pussycat Doll also posted an Instagram video of herself wearing a tiny bikini while jumping off a yacht.

Scherzinger, who recently split from pro racer boyfriend Hamilton Lewis, is as stunning as ever, thanks to her longtime dedication to diet and exercise.

While Nicole exudes a sultry self-confidence, she struggled with the eating disorder bulimia for years before getting therapy.

Scherzinger’s bikini body fitness secrets are a portion-controlled diet, yoga workouts, and cardio exercise such as dancing and running on the treadmill.

Nicole, whom radio shock jock Howard Stern called “the most aesthetically beautiful woman on the planet,” generally sticks to healthy foods, and tries to avoid eating late at night.

“I don’t follow a strict diet,” Nicole told Shape (see video).

“I honestly believe in having everything in moderation and don’t deprive yourself. You can treat yourself to truffles and pasta, but in moderation.”

Scherzinger added: “When I have time I love to do spinning or have a PT [personal training] session. If I don’t have time to work out but want to do something active, I always run.”

Nicole said running is fantastic because it torches calories and gets her creative juices flowing.

“Not only am I getting fit, but I often get lost in my own ideas and I get to be so creative and come up with the most interesting ideas,” said Scherzinger.

The lithe 5-foot-5 singer also does yoga and circuit-training workouts.

Yoga promotes natural weight loss by building lean muscles and suppressing appetite, said Tara Stiles, author of Strala Yoga: Be Strong, Focused & Ridiculously Happy.

“The practice of being at ease [through yoga] also gives you the strength and stamina to pursue all that you find when you connect inward,” said Stiles.

Other celebrities who do yoga include Jessica Alba, who has an amazing bikini body after two pregnancies, as Celebrity Health Fitness has reported.

Like many beautiful Hollywood stars, Nicole admits she has tried every diet in the book and used to be obsessed with being skinny.

Scherzinger said she no longer weighs herself, and feels freer and healthier as a result.

“I’ve been on every diet you can imagine,” said Scherzinger. “By the time I was in the Pussycat Dolls, I was on the scale all the time.”

Nicole added: “It became my enemy because I noticed that when I exercised really hard, I’d gain weight. Now that I’m in my 30s, I’ve stepped off the scale. I just go by how my clothes fit.”
