Miranda Kerr flaunted her yoga-toned bikini body on Instagram, where she posted several photos spotlighting her supermodel physique.

Kerr, who’s one of the highest paid models in the world, said her bikini fitness secrets are a low-carb diet and yoga workouts, as Celebrity Health Fitness has reported.

Miranda used a low-carb gluten-free diet to easily lose the 40 pounds she gained during her 2010 pregnancy with son Flynn.

Low carb, high-fat diets like the Atkins and ketogenic diets promote rapid weight loss by forcing the body to burn body fat for fuel, said obesity expert Dr. Eric Westman, co-author of Keto Clarity.

Limiting carbs and eating more healthy fats curbs hunger, boosts energy and controls cravings, said Dr. David Ludwig, author of Always Hungry?

Other celebrities who have lost weight on a low-carb diet include Victoria’s Secret supermodel Adriana Lima, who’s fitter than ever after two kids.

Kerr, who’s engaged to billionaire Evan Spiegel, also exercises daily, runs, and does yoga no matter how hectic her work and travel schedules get.

Miranda’s workouts typically combine yoga, low-impact cardio, resistance and functional exercise, as well as high-energy training such as boxing or running.

“I make sure I do half an hour of yoga in the morning,” said Miranda.

“I try to do this power-workout DVD, Pace Express by Al Sears, 4 times a week. It’s only 12 minutes, so it’s definitely attainable.”

While most models mistakenly try to avoid fat, Miranda is obsessed with coconut oil, which has been shown to aid weight loss and promote healthy skin and hair.

“I personally take four tablespoons of coconut oil per day, either on my salads, in my cooking or in my cups of green tea,” said Kerr. “I will not go a day without coconut oil.”

Miranda, who’s divorced from actor Orlando Bloom, has remained good friends with her ex-husband, and said she doesn’t let emotional setbacks affect her upbeat outlook.

“Happiness is a choice we make,” said Kerr. “No one can be consistently positive, but why not make the choice that makes you feel better rather than the one that drags you down?”
