Kristin Cavallari showed off her fit Pilates-toned body on Instagram while vacationing in beautiful Bali.
In the photo, Cavallari stands by an inviting pool in a tiny black bikini that spotlights her 20-pound post-baby weight loss.
Kristin, who’s fitter than ever after three babies, quickly lost the 20 pounds she gained with each pregnancy.
Cavallari’s weight loss secrets were a Paleo-style diet, Pilates, weightlifting and cardio exercise, as Celebrity Health Fitness has reported.
A Paleo-style diet limits processed foods and emphasizes lots of non-starchy vegetables and high-quality proteins like wild salmon, grass-fed beef, real butter and pastured eggs.
“I’m a freak about what I put in my mouth,” said Cavallari. “I’m constantly reading labels and I don’t eat any toxic chemicals.”
Kristin eats plenty of Paleo-approved fats like olive oil, avocados, and coconut oil, which she says is her beauty secret for glowing skin and healthy hair.
“I also love avocados with olive oil and sea salt, and I put coconut oil in or on everything,” said Cavallari, who detailed her weight loss and diet secrets in her book, Balancing In Heels.
For exercise, Cavallari does cardio, lifts light weights and does Pilates workouts.
Pilates is an excellent low-impact way to lose weight and tone your entire body, said fitness expert Cassey Ho, author of Hot Body Year Round.
Other celebrity Paleos include Jessica Alba, as Celebrity Health Fitness has reported. Alba credited a low carb, Paleo based diet for her rapid post-baby weight loss and striking beauty.
Fitness expert Esther Blum, author of Against All Grain, said Paleo provides a healthy balance of protein, vegetables and high-quality fats that help women manage hormone fluctuations.
