Amber Rose Weight Loss Diet: 10 Pounds Lost On ‘Dancing With the Stars’ Workout

Amber Rose credited fat-blasting “Dancing With the Stars” workouts for her 10-pound weight loss in 10 days.

Amber, who started competing on season 23 of “Dancing With the Stars” on Sept. 12, has lost 10 pounds so far and loves how the cardio exercise is reshaping her body.

“I feel like I’m getting super-toned,” Rose said her “Loveline With Amber Rose” podcast on

“I feel like I’ve lost probably 10 pounds, maybe eight pounds, already. It’s serious!”

Rose, whose DWTS partner is Maksim Chmerkovskiy, said she never realized how grueling dance training and workouts are.

“People don’t understand how much work goes into it,” said Amber. “You’re with your partner four to five hours a day.

“Then you get home, you’re on the phone with them. Then you go to the ballroom and it’s all the other celebrities and other dancers. It really is like a family.”

Rose also said there’s a LOT of body contact in dancing, which can make rehearsals a bit awkward.

“It does become awkward when [Maxim’s pregnant fiance Peta Murgatroyd is] at the rehearsal,” said Amber.

“And she’s like, ‘Listen, vagina and balls, they need to touch or you’re not doing it right.””

Amber, who is hailed for her over-the-top curves, said her weight loss secrets are a portion-controlled diet and yoga workouts, as Celebrity Health Fitness has reported.

The 5-foot-8 Rose, who weighed 202 pounds while pregnant, lost all her baby weight in 7 months by cutting portion sizes, doing yoga and working out with a trainer 90 minutes a day.

Yoga promotes natural weight loss, reduces stress, and prevents depression, said Tara Stiles, author of Yoga Cures.

Amber also said she wears her waist trainer 6 hours a day to maintain her hourglass bikini body. “I wear mine 6 hours daily and it’s comfortable!” said Rose.

Plastic surgeon Dr. Alexander Sinclair claims some of his patients have lost up to 6 inches off their midsection with waist training.

“This is a remarkable way to train your waist to be smaller,” said Dr. Sinclair.

Kim Kardashian said she wore a waist trainer to bed every night to make her waist smaller ahead of her 2014 wedding.

While Amber Rose is famous for her over-the-top curves, she says beauty comes from within. “Your sex appeal or beauty isn’t defined by anyone else,” Amber wrote in How To Be a Bad Bitch. “You are your own audience, your own V.I.P.”
