Emma Watson, best known for her ‘Harry Potter” movies, has matured into a radiant woman who is increasingly in touch with her own sexuality. In a new interview, she talks about her beauty regime including intimate secrets, like grooming her pubic hair.

Watson, who is now 26, literally grew up on the big screen. She began appearing in Harry Potter films as a pre-teen. She played wizard Hermione Granger through five films over 10 years.

Afterward, she was in danger of being forever typecast as the precocious, mop-headed teen. But she wisely changed her image. She took time off to go to college and chopped her hair into a tight pixie cut.

She also became more open about her sexuality and her commitment to feminism.

Emma takes the lead role in her first full-blown feature film, Disney’s live-action remake of the animated feature “Beauty and the Beast.” Although it’s based on a fairy tale, it’s also a sensual love story.

Watson has also become a fashion icon. In one of her most daring photo spreads yet, she appears almost topless in Vanity Fair.

The actress talked about her beauty regime in an interview with fashion web site Into the Gloss, revealing that she grooms her pubic hair regularly.

“I use Fur oil,”she said of the popular product. “I’ll use that anywhere from the ends of my hair to my eyebrows to my pubic hair.

The product is designed to soothe skin, support healing and prevent ingrown hairs. It’s typically used with an exfoliating finger mitt. It’s free of acids, alcohol and Cortisone.

Gwyneth Paltrow, among several celebrities, are also said to use the product to go au naturel without unsightly stubble.

Watson also has a thing about nail polish. She never wears it on her fingers. But loves to use it on her toes, especially in whacked out colors.

The actress has also come to terms with her freckles, which were such a large part of her Harry Potter character. She even insisted on keeping them for her character in “Beauty and the Beast.”

“There are so many young girls who are going through puberty who really hate having them, so I felt the need to say that I have them and that I think the look of natural skin is beautiful,” she says.

When it comes to the age old debate about bath or showers, she’ll opted for a bath every time. “I have a bath every single day of my life. And if I can have two or three—amazing,” she says.

“Nothing terrible is going to happen in the bath, so I always find time for that. I’ll take phone conversations in the bath, anything,” she adds.

Emma even admits to her own obsession about makeup bags. Hers is all about “sustainability and transparency and understanding what I’m putting on my face and on my body,” she says.

Can I create a completely sustainable wardrobe? Can I dress sustainably on the red carpet? Can I put together a hair and makeup look with completely organic products?” she says.

“I needed to figure out if it was achievable or not. You can’t talk the talk if you don’t walk the walk. So that’s what I’ve been discovering over the past couple of years.”

“Most of my routine keeps to an 80/20 philosophy because it’s very difficult to be a complete purist, especially when working in the film industry.”

Her go-to makeup is The Body Shop Lip & Cheek Stain, Red Pomegranatebecause she’s pale to begin with and it adds color to her face. She also uses RMS Beauty “Un” Cover-Up.

“The only mascara I use is from DHC.”

“I really, really hate using harsh makeup removers, especially around my eyes… But the DHC mascara only comes off in warm water.”

When Emma was in her mid-teens her skin was really bad, she says. “So when you get in a good place with you skin, you really appreciate it and try to take care of it,” she adds.

For her, that means a cleanse, tone and moisturizing every night before she goes to bed. Because her skin is naturally dry, she says she uses Gentle Cleanser and Makeup Remover.

Her favorite moisturizer is MV Organics Rose Plus Booster and she exfoliates with Évolué Resurfacing Grainsonce a week.

Emma uses epsom salts and oils in her bath, but says her fav is C.O Bigelow Apothecary Cold and Flu Soak.

She searched high and low for a deodorant before landing on Agent Nateur N°3 Deodorant

“I also love the Weleda Sage Deodorantfor the smell. Soapwalla Deodorant Creamworks, too.”

Emma also has some favorites for her hair and nails. For more check out Into the Gloss. And, check out her latest photos.
