Kourtney Kardashian and her sisters Kim and Khloe Kardashian have made a business out of yo-yo dieting. But after her second child, Kourtney had real weight problem. Here’s how she lost 44 pounds in six months.
Kourtney, 33, the oldest of the Kardashian sisters, gained the weight after becoming pregnant with daughter Penelope, her second child with baby daddy Scott Disick.

“I gained 45 pounds with Penelope.” Kardashian told Us magazine. “It was harder to lose weight the second time around.”
For the unwed mom of son Mason, 3, the weight gain was significant. She only stands five feet tall with a petite frame.
In all, she weighed 150 pounds, up from her normal weight of 106 pounds. She attributes diet and exercise for shedding the excess. And, there was nothing fancy to her regimen.
She ate smaller portions and worked out daily in 90-minute, dance-focused sessions. Its a tried and true formula. She slimmed down to 95 pounds after giving birth to Mason in 20120.
“My sister has made it look easy, but it’s not as easy as people think,” said sister Kim, 32. “It is a lot, a little, painful. When people say that pregnancy is fun and they love it, I would have to disagree.”
