As a model she has her own horror stories from her early days in the industry. An agent told her not to eat more than “a single piece of sushi a day” to lose weight.

Duigan has also worked with model Elle Macpherson and actress Nigella Lawson. He calls his exercise and diet regimen “Bodyism” and details how it works in his bestselling book “The Clean and Lean Diet.”

While exercise is important, he puts the emphasis on following a strict diet to maintain a supermodel shape. “Rosie makes a mean guacamole which is a filling and nutrient dense snack,” he told Australia’s

“About half an avocado a day is the perfect way to include fat-fighting in your diet,” he says.

Rosie also has her own prescription for how she eats. “I’m not really one for fad diets, I like to keep things simple,” she told UK Vogue in a recent interview.

“I grew up on a farm, so if I want to detox or shed some weight or eat cleanly I’ll cut out carbs and refined sugars. So that’s my tip for eating well, nothing extreme,” she adds.

Another key to her fitness is simply, “loving exercise.”

“For me, all my confidence starts there, with my exercise. It’s not just about being in shape, it also improves my well-being,” she explains.

“I feel better about myself, it boosts my confidence. And that for me is where the beauty regime starts, in the gym.”
