Kate Gosselin’s will make a triumphant return to ABC’s “Dancing With the Stars” later this month and she’s determined to be in better shape than ever.
Kate struggled through five weeks of the dance competition before she was voted off the show. She left as the lowest scoring contestant in the show’s history.
But when she returns for the season finale May 24 and May 25, she’ll get to perform one more time.
In the meantime, Kate says on her blog she has reunited with an old friend — her treadmill.
“I have resumed running daily and have smiled as I’ve reunited with an “old” friend, my treadmill.
“(Sad, I realize, but I LOVE running, and due to time constraints took a break during the two months of dance rehearsal.)
“As always, I feel right where I belong as I once again ‘run’ the daily routine for and with the kids …” she wrote.
During Kate’s turn on the dance show her professional partner Tony Dovolani repeatedly expressed frustration with her lack of desire and poor attitude. At one point, he even walked out on her during practice.
But Kate said eyeing her dance shoes (all six pairs) hanging in the basement made her feel “a wave of sadness mixed with longing.”
“Ohhhh suddenly I missed EVERYTHING about dancing — not only the friends I have made and stay in touch with almost daily, but also learning the steps and even the fear of sudden death that the dance floor caused me! Gulp! Swallow the nostalgia …” she writes.
Kate will get a chance redeem herself and the ratings are sure to skyrocket.
