Kim Kardashian Startling Confession: I've Had Botox (video)

Kim Kardashian, who is known for her natural beauty despite repeated rumors she’s undergone cosmetic surgery has confirmed that she used botox to hide wrinkles. She appeared with her family on ABC’s Nightline.

Kim appeared with her sisters and mother on ABC’s “Nightline” Monday night with Cynthia McFadden and talked about plastic surgery and posing for Playboy among other topics, including endorsing vibrators!

Kim insisted that her breasts are natural, and denied ever getting plastic surgery. But botox, usually given in injections to smooth out wrinkles, is another matter.

“Trust me honey, if I take this bra off you will tell me I need to get them done. I’m totally not against plastic surgery. … I’ve tried Botox before. That’s the only thing that I’ve done,” she said.

Mother Kris had some revelations of her own, like encouraging Kim to pose nude for Playboy magazine.

“I thought it was a good idea. I thought that so many iconic women have done Playboy.

“And I thought, you know for [50s sex kitten]Marilyn Monroe… She wanted to do it, too. I mean, I didn’t force her to go do Playboy.”

Kim says she was misquoted when reports claimed she regretted posing in the magazine. Her big claim to fame before that was hear appearance in a sex tape.

“When I said that comment, I had said…’I'm sorry that I did Playboy then, when I was in the shape that I was in. Not the shape that I’m in now. Because I had lost 15 pounds. … So it kind of got misconstrued a little bit,” she said.

Sister Kourtney acknowledged that she had breast implants, but said it’s no big secret.

“It’s not a secret, I could care less. It’s so funny because the ‘before’ picture that they [InTouch magazine] showed was after I had my boob job.

“So I’m like, they should have written ‘before Mason’ and ‘after Mason,’ she said, referring to the birth of her child. “Like my boobs have like tripled since breastfeeding.”
