Kim and Khloe Kardashian could be in the legal hot seat over their endorsement of QuickTrim, a diet product that reportedly is so loaded with caffeine it's considered an unhealthy weight loss supplement. Scott A. Bursor, a partner in the law firm Bursor & Fisher, said he is considering filing a class action on behalf of QuickTrim users because the federal Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has concluded that caffeine "is not safe or effective for weight loss.”

They usually aren’t keepers unless, you know… So far though, the 36-year-old actress and her fiancee Will Kopelman are neither confirming nor denying a baby is on the way. A spokesman refused to comment when approached by gossip site TMZ.
