Kristin Cavallari attributed her 20-pound post-baby weight loss to a low carb, Paleo-inspired diet, Pilates workouts and breastfeeding, Celebrity Health Fitness reported.

Cavallari, who lost 20 pounds just two months after giving birth to her second child, is now just a few pounds away from her pre-baby weight.

Kristin didn’t change her diet much during pregnancy because she has always made a point to eat organic foods inspired by the low-carb Paleo diet, which limits processed foods and emphasizes high-quality proteins like grass-fed beef.

“My diet is always the same,” said Kristin “I don’t eat any toxic chemicals and I try to eat organic as often as possible. We eat a ton of veggies, chicken, grass-fed beef, bison and fish. We also love sweet potatoes and brown rice pasta.”

Cavallari said her breakfast is usually a smoothie, oatmeal or eggs, while lunch is a salad or turkey sandwich. Kristin also snacks most afternoons, enjoying nuts with dried cherries, chips with hummus, or an apple with almond butter.

Kristin’s rapid post-baby weight loss isn’t surprising, since she lost all her baby weight in three months after her first pregnancy (in 2012).

Fitness expert Tracy Anderson, who lost all her baby weight just six weeks after giving birth, said the secret to fast post-baby weight loss is to follow a healthy diet and work out while pregnant.

Tracy, who trains Jennifer Lopez, Gwyneth Paltrow and Kim Kardashian, shared her weight-loss secrets in her book, Tracy Anderson’s 30-Day Method.

Kristin exercises 30 to 45 minutes, four to five days a week, incorporating weight-lifting, and lots of squats and lunges. Cavallari will soon resume Pilates to tighten up her abs.

The slimline 5-foot-6 blonde beauty previously revealed she’s so obsessed with clean eating that she eats fast food just twice a year.

Interestingly, Cavallari thought she looked fat when she starred on the reality TV show “The Hills” in 2009, and slimmed down dramatically a few years ago after seeing an unflattering photo of herself.

Kristin has come a long way from “The Hillls.” She’s now a successful designer with her own clothing line and shoe collection.
