Britney Spears Rocks Stunning Weight Loss: Her Low Carb Diet and Yoga Workout Routine

Britney Spears is fitter than ever after losing weight with a low carb diet and yoga workouts.

Spears showed off the results of her hard work on an Instagram photo (far right above), where spotlighted her ripped abs.

Britney noted in the photo caption that she’s training for the second leg of her “Piece of Me” live shows in Las Vegas, which are part of her two-year Vegas residency. The shows include tracks from her recent album, Britney Jean.

Spears looks slim and gorgeous in the Instagram snapshot, thanks to her low carb diet and rigorous exercise regimen, which includes yoga and cardio workouts, Examiner reported.

“I’m doing 90 minutes of yoga twice a week in addition to lots of cardio,” Britney said.

Spears has admitted that dieting is hard because she loves high-calorie, high-carb fare such as spaghetti, brownies and chocolate chip cookies.

Other celebrities who have gotten in top shape on a low-carb diet include Megan Fox, who credits a low carb, dairy-free, sugar-free Paleo diet for her rapid baby weight loss.

Amazingly, Fox gave up alcohol, smoking and carbs as part of her health overhaul. She now looks hotter than ever.

Similarly, Kristin Cavallari lost 20 pounds just two months after giving birth to her second child by following a low-carb, sugar-free, Paleo diet that featured grass-fed beef, bison and plenty of coconut oil.
