Gwyneth Paltrow looks fantastic, thanks to daily exercise, a gluten-free diet, and careful skincare.

Gwyneth exfoliates every day and gets regular chemical peels and exfoliation treatments to keep her skin smooth and wrinkle-free.

Her age-defying beauty secrets also include a healthy diet and rigorous cardio exercise, Examiner reported.

“Doing some cardiovascular exercise everyday is really good for my skin for detoxification and skin tone and color,” said Paltrow. “I do the Tracy Anderson Method, so I dance for an hour.”

Gywneth Paltrow is a longtime client of celebrity trainer Tracy Anderson.

“[My daily beauty routine] is very minimal,” Gwyneth told E! “After I drop my kids at school, I always exercise and then I take a shower and I just put on moisturizer. If I have a meeting or something I’ll put on some mascara, but that’s as far as I go.”

The willowy 5-foot-9 blonde beauty works out up to two hours a day with longtime friend and trainer Tracy Anderson. Their workouts emphasize using light weights (no more than three pounds) and high repetitions of toning moves to sculpt lean muscle.

Paltrow recently came under fire after being named the new face of Restorsea, a high-priced skincare line that critics say most women can’t afford. But Gwyneth said you don’t have to use expensive wrinkle creams and lotions to look good.

“I use coconut oil a lot on my face, on my skin and in my cooking,” she said. “And I just started ‘oil pulling,’ which is when you swish coconut oil around [in your mouth] for 20 minutes. It’s supposed to be great for oral health and making your teeth white. It’s supposed to clear up your skin as well.”

Oil pulling is an ancient Ayurvedic detoxification ritual that supposed to “pull” toxins out of your body and trap them in the coconut oil (which you spit out in the trash afterward). Oil pulling has been used for dental hygiene and to treat headaches, migraines, asthma, and even arthritis.

Gwyneth loves to cook her own healthy meals at home, and is the author of two best-selling cookbooks, including It’s All Good.

While her job is to always look her best, Paltrow said she’s not quite ready to embrace plastic surgery. “I would be scared to go under the knife, but talk to me when I’m 50,” she said. “I’ll try anything, except I won’t do Botox again because I looked crazy.”
